CJC-1295 (no DAC) also known as ModifiedGRF (1-29) is a peptide that comprises 29 amino acids and is a chemically synthesized analogue of growth-hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). This peptide is chemically similar to GHRH (it has amino acid substitutions at just 4 positions) but differs in the sense that it remains active in the blood-stream for a longer duration. CJC-1295 has been shown to increase growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in humans without any serious adverse reactions. A study conducted in 2001 showed that CJC-1295 was safe and generally well tolerated in patients who received a 14-day regimen that was delivered subcutaneously.

Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a selective GH-Secretagogue and ghrelin receptor agonist. The potency of ghrelin stimulation can be compared to GHRP6 with less appetite stimulation properties. However, unlike other GH-Secretagogues this pentapeptide doesn’t release the same volumes of cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin and aldosterone. The puffy white powder can be stored at room temperature until you're ready to reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water.
